With 17 years of experience across HR & Marketing (at Barclays and Red Bull), Carla has extensive experience of managing both People and Brands. As the Head of HR at Red Bull & Red Bull Racing she was responsible for inspiring cultural change and developing a new approach to ‘all things people’.

Imogen spent 10 years working in marketing and was lucky enough to experience coaching throughout this time. Before coaching & facilitating with FizzPopBANG, Imogen worked for Google, HAVAS and Rude Health. She is also co-founder of a successful start-up.

Imogen comes from marketing and selling some of the biggest brands in the world (Hasbro, Polaroid and Red Bull), building award-winning teams who devised exceptional ideas each year. It was during her time as Head of Brand at Red Bull, she realised that to have a truly amazing brand that consumers fall in love with, you need infectiously passionate and loyal employees that drive that ethos forward.
